"Manners are lacking"

Went here 2 weeks ago and got hair coloured, wasnt happy and went back today, got charged full price for them to fix it, again i had to come home to straighten it myself! I believe the owner of bella mani was in wen i got there, after she left the manager slagged her off to the other girls in the shop in front of customers! No loyalty whatsoever! The manager is thee most ill mannered, cheeky girl i have ever come across! Wont be going back which is a shame as i have been going there for years!.
